"Works great on both our phones!!!"
bark has been working really well for us so far!!! I’ve got it on my iPhone and my son has it on his Android, and setup was easy!!! The alerts come through like they should, and it mostly just runs quietly in the background without me having to mess with it!!! Happy with it so far!!!

"Support could definitely be quicker"
I had an issue with my account and reached out to support, but it took way longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually respond, so I’ll give them that, but the reply felt generic and didn’t really solve much. Not the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to tighten up their support.

"I’ve been using this to keep an eye..."
I’ve been using this to keep an eye on my kid’s phone, and overall it’s been helpful!! The alerts are decent, and the controls are easy enough once you get everything going... Setup did take me a minute, though!!!

"Bark’s alerts have been solid for us"
I’ve been using Bark on my kid’s phone, the alerts have been accurate. I know some people expect these apps to catch absolutely everything or never make a mistake, but that’s not realistic. For us, it’s caught a few texts I definitely would’ve missed, and it hasn’t been constantly annoying me with random nonsense either. It’s not perfect every single time, but it’s close enough that I feel like I can trust it. It’s made checking in on things a lot less stressful

"Worked out fine after I poked around a bit"
I was expecting to spend more time figuring everything out, especially since I usually overthink new apps and start clicking through every menu first. After messing around for a few minutes, though, it was actually straightforward. Setup didn’t take long, and the app is simple enough to use without much hassle.
